“To cancel your subscription, you must do so by the 15th of the month prior to your cycle ending to avoid being automatically renewed for the next subscription cycle…. i.e. If your cycle is June, July and August, you must cancel by July 15th so not to be renewed for the Sept, Oct & Nov cycle which would make August the last box you would receive. Your quarterly cycle begins with the first month you receive a box”
